TT INTERNATIONAL HONG KONG

Having worked on the first Hong Kong office for TT International – an English Hedge fund company – we were recruited to direct the design for their relocation to larger premises in “St George Building” in Central, Hong Kong.

The client was keen to steer away from a traditional closed office layout, opting or an open-plan strategy affording both light and views of the Hong Kong Harbour to penetrate throughout the whole office.

Materials were kept very simple, with key floor areas defined in timber contrasting the warmth of carpet in other areas.

Casual open-style kitchen/ bar areas work well to convey a relaxed atmosphere throughout the office, encouraging employee interaction.
